Zynga was sold to Take-Two
Take-Two Interactive has acquired mobile game company Zynga.
Record price acquisition from Take-Two
Take-Two Interactive, the producer and distributor of GTA, Red Dead Redemption, Borderlands, BioShock, Mafia and NBA 2K, one of the leading series in the game world, acquired the mobile gaming habitat giant Zynga for $12.7 billion. Zynga, the developer of popular mobile games such as Farmville, 101 Okey Plus, Zynga Poker and Merge Dragons, acquired the Turkish game company Peak Games for $ 1.8 billion in recent years, and was on the agenda of the media.
Take-Two company broke the record!
Realizing the highest-priced purchase move of all time, Take-Two wants to reign in the mobile space as well as on PC and Playstation platforms. Although the Take-Two team, which has recently tried to bring a new breath to the series with GTA: The Trilogy, has been criticized by the players, it is one of the largest companies in the market together with Electronic Arts.
