The Day Before release date delayed to 2023!

The Day Before also joined the postponed games.

The release date of The Day Before, the survival-adventure game developed by Fntastic, has been delayed to 2023. Thus, The Day Before, which attracted the attention of players with its open world and Last of Us-like theme, joined the caravan of postponed games. According to the statement, the highly anticipated game will be released on March 1, 2023.

The Day Before, which will focus on the battle between the infected and the survivors in the harsh living conditions in America after the worldwide pandemic, is likened to The Division in some ways. The Fntastic company explained that the reason for the delay of the game is that The Day Before has started to be developed on the Unreal Engine 5 engine.

The joint statement made by Fntastic and Mytona is as follows:

“Millions of people have added The Day Before to their wishlist, making TDB one of the most anticipated games of the year. Understanding and feeling the great responsibility we face, and with endless gratitude in our hearts, we are pleased to announce that The Day Before has moved to Unreal Engine 5. Switching to a more advanced and optimized engine will make The Day Before gameplay even more fantastic.

In this context, we would like to inform you that The Day Before's new release date is March 1, 2023.”
